the charts example can't show the charts in Microsoft IE 7,8

in msie 7 or 8
the chart's position is wrong
and the WPieChart example can't show the chart

but it's all available in firefox!

This is a regression from #448

I have created a ticket for this. #493

While the Wt site is not running the fix, if you compile from git the bug should be fixed.
