WOverlayLoadingIndicator stuck at upper left corner

Hi

I just upgraded to the latest version of Wt coming from 3.1.2 and the WOverlayLoadingIndicator that I use for my app seems stuck at the upper left corner of the browser. I have attached a screenshot to show the issue that I'm experiencing.

Any insight would be very much appreciated.

Hey Jonathan,

Oops, this is a silly regression in Wt 3.1.4. Fixed in latest git.
