Hello,

In the case of relayed mail scenario (RFC2821 D.3 page 74), the "Date" header must be set and it is not. A setDate method would be great !

Moreover, it can be necessary to add some custom mail header in particular cases (X-Company, X-Location...) and it would be nice to have the possibility to do it.

I didn't yet dig through RFCs w.r.t. setDate(), but, I did add the custom headers option.
