Description

When the ids of related objects are known, the loadLazy method appears to provide an efficient mechanism for adding dbo objects (without retrieving related objects).

For your consideration, I've attached a patch that makes loadLazy public - along with test cases for loadLazy and various alternatives.

The patch was lightly tested with Wt github version 3.3.3-10-g87e2887 on Debian GNU/Linux 7.6 (Wheezy).
