Error after changing language

I am trying o change the language from a drop-down control in a tab widget. It's changing showing the language change and immediately throwing below exception.
I am not sure if it's an issue with the setLocale api or something else. Not getting any clue. Tried by full exception settings on on vs 2017.
Why this error happens . Some idea please!
