[3.3.11] Dialog not movable anymore when you resize a layout

Hi,

I'm having issues with Dialogs and layouts that are resize-able. I have attach a sample app that illustrates this issue.

Initially all dialogs behaves as expected, you can move it and close it with out any issues but once you resize a layout, every single dialog becomes unmovable.

Any ideas on how I can fix this?

Currently I have only tested this using version 3.3.11
