Hello!

Here is an example of web-application with large tool tips.

Tool tip is displayed only if it fits by height between the cursor and the bottom of the screen.

It should be moved upward, if the cursor is too bottom, as built-in tool tips do.

This was actually a positioning error in the routine to position the tooltip from the bottom op for this particular situation.
