I am also seeing the header display problem described in the blog comment: http://www.webtoolkit.eu/wt/blog/2012/03/30/wt*jwt_3_2_1*_final/more

This forum example reproduces the issue: http://redmine.webtoolkit.eu/boards/1/topics/1884 (although you probably don't want to initialize the db with 1M records and you will want to delete the db before/if restarting the server)

The header text is actually being output but the margin-top is incorrect.
