Description

When opening chrome 20.0.1132.43 (linux version) on a "Wt powered" application (both mine, wt 3.2.1, but also on the "Wt Widgets" demo on webtoolkit.eu) theme css seems to disappear.

It seems to be related to some caching problem: on first load, or after cleaning cache, everything looks fine; reloading the page makes the theme css disappear (for instance, i see a dialog without background and title bar).

On Chromium 19.x no issue at all.

Hey,

I couldn't reproduce this with Chrome 20 (beta !) on a Mac... I'll also try with a Linux one.

Have you updated to the latest version of Chrome 20 (Version 20.0.1132.47 beta) ?

Perhaps it is something the Google people are still fixing for the actual release ?

Regards,

koen

I can confirm that things are definitely wonky with Chrome Version 20.0.1132.47. However, I don't think it's specific to Wt. I've been having loads of javascript issues in Chrome recently, whether developed by me or someone else (cough Google). I can't even get G+ to work right recently. The same Wt applications run just fine in Firefox, and I didn't used to have these problems, so I am thinking it's an issue with a recent Chrome update.

Now i have 20.0.1132.47 too, also had to reinstall my system (thanks Windows, it deleted my whole root partition) and it seems to be working fine.

Anyway i guess you're right, it might be a chrome issue, not a Wt one, i also noticed some weird stuff happening elsewhere with that build.

Thanks

Marco
