There seems to be a regression introduced from wt 3.2.0 to 3.3.0

If I use the WBorderLayout without setting a widget for region WEST, then the CENTER widget will be placed outside of the visible area.

Setting a e.g. paceholder widget to WEST, everything works as expected.

This was not the case with 3.2.0

Hey,

This was a side effect of the layout system rewrite not dealing properly with spans.

I've worked on some good improvements in my git copy and now at least border layout behaves fine again.
