how to change the rendering engine to IE8 standard in IE 8 brower without enabling progressive-bootstrap.

Hey,

This has been changed in Wt 3.3.0: the default rendering behaviour is IE8, and the old behaviour can be enabled with a configuration option (which is still benefitial for VML and thus WPaintedWidgets).
