Can't resize WDialog in iPad (chrome or safari)

Description

There appears to be no way to grab the resize handle and resize a WDialog popup on the iPad. Presumably this has something to do with the differences / translation between touch events and "clicks". Does anyone have another kind of touch screen tablet to see if the problem exists there also?
