Description

Hi,

Awesome library. Great job.

I'm trying to dynamically control the display of schematic depending on how a user responds to a set of configuration questions.

I am using inkscape to draw the components and saving them as svg files.

I would then like to convert the svg files into WPainter commands and use the preferred method of inlinesvgvml.

Is there a tool to convert the svg format into WPainter commands?

This would be similar to how "ready, set rafael" converts svg files.

thanks

Hey,

That would be nice indeed. Although I'm not sure if the investment of such an undertaking would still pay of now, as also Microsoft has decided to embrace SVG, and I have a feeling that SVG will become a well supported format in the browser.

The only real benefit left would then be to be able to include an SVG in for example a PDF or a PNG image that you create using WPainter.

On the other hand, it's probably a fun project to do, and so to answer your question, no I am not aware of any tool or effort in this area.

Regards,

koen
