open nonmodal dialog as new browser window

Description
as a user I sometimes want the ability to open a non modal dialog as a new browser window.
- Status changed from New to Resolved
Currently this is only possible if the new browser window can use its own WApplication.
There are ideas to implement a functionality where multiple browser windows can exist for one WApplication object, but that is not yet implemented.
