The only way to specify a dependency needed to build Wt is via the Wt-specific USERLIB_PREFIX variable.
With cmake, the standard way to obtain the same is to specify CMAKE_PREFIX_PATH.
Pull request #71 https://github.com/kdeforche/wt/pull/71 adds support for CMAKE_PREFIX_PATH.
