Description
Sometimes it is better to load the data in the bulk mode rather than one by one. I think that this behavior should be provided by WTableView/WAbstractItemModel.
I've implemneted it in attached patch. As I don't know the Wt code so good, it maybe that the implementation isn't optional. There, the same needed data should be loaded only once, therefor I'm checking if data are being used.

Update patch, fix when only 1 row is in table view.
