Description

Without JavaScript, attempting to display a WTableView with a DefaultPagingBar results in session termination with a log message of: "[error] "Wt: fatal error: observing_ptr null pointer dereference\". This is with the preview version of Wt4, github 3.3.6-19-gd0b41786.

This should be reproducible with the Widgetgallery by visiting internalPath "trees-tables/mvc-table-views".

Attached, for your review, is a trivial patch that seems to help. It's great that Wt can log and recover from this class of error.

NOTE: With Bootstrap3, the DefaultPagingBar may not be (completely) visible due to overflow/scrolling. This is also true with Wt3. See #2742.
