The comment by Wim Dumon in this thread is about an undocumented feature of the built-in httpd. It should be properly documented at least in the Library overview page.

I've updated the documentation to reflect the latest command line arguments for wthttp, and clarified that ---http-address and ---https-address can be used simultaneously.
