WSlider handles are missing in widget gallery when browsing directly to /forms/slider

Description

This is probably related to progressive bootstrap. This also means that the handles can't be dragged.

This is due to the button wrapping when Ajax is not available: it will cause a button to be placed inside a button, which end up being placed next to each other in the browser.

We still need to fix the root cause (see previous comment), but for now I've implemented a workaround specifically for WSlider.
