Advertise WResouce and Http::Request::pathInfo()

Description

Http::Request::pathInfo() makes it possible to implement quite flexible web services with WResource. However there is no mention of WResource in the Library Overview. Considering that even FAAS (function-as-a-service) is a commercial product, I think Wt should advertise its web-service-related features better.

IMO, a section in the Library Overview is a good start. But the Features page on the Wt website should be updated as well.

We've actually been working on making the resource system more friendly when making typical RESTful services (see issue #5656). I'm thinking of making a blog post about that when it's done.

The features page should be updated, indeed. We're working on that as we're working on the new website. I'll check to see how that's going.
