Library Overview page doesn't mention the new --ssl-prefer-server-ciphers option added in Wt 3.3.8.

Searching the Wt repo on Github for the option name revealed that this option is documented in the Windows installation page. It seems that wthttp options are documented on 3 pages:
Window version seems to be (the most) complete. UNIX version is far behind. I suggest that wthttp gets its own page since it is not a platform specific solution or platform specific pages refer to Library overview page for details.
By the way, the example paths in the Windows installation page for HTTPS related parameters are not Windows paths.

I think we probably need to review those for Wt 4. In the meantime I can update the allowed options.
