Description

Hi!

There seems to be some kind of bleeding when redering a bar series in combination with paning the chart.
This seems to occur both in the "right" and "bottom" axis.

Wt4.4, see image:

This does not seem to be an issue in FireFox, but it is an issue in Chrome.

I believe that this issue may be due to a chromium bug that is fixed in newer releases.

I was able to reproduce the issue with a chromium browser running 86.0.4240.111 on Linux accessing a local build of the Wt 4.5.0-rc1 charts example (interactive Category Chart). I could also reproduce the issue with the current https://www.webtoolkit.eu/wt/examples/charts/charts.wt.

As a note, this version of chromium displays the Category Chart example correctly with hardware acceleration disabled.

I verified that the charts example now displays correctly on Windows 10 using recently updated browsers: Chrome 87.0.4280.88, Edge 87.0.664.52, and FireFox 83.0.

I believe that the relevant issue report for chromium is here: https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=1139452
