Wt 3.1.9 includes INSTALL_EXAMPLES, EXAMPLES_DESTINATION, etc as per my 03_wt_example_wrappers patch for Debian and winstng but does not include the "run-examples" and "run-examples.bat" script.

When compiling with INSTALL_EXAMPLES=1, build will fail in:

CONFIGURE_FILE(${WT_SOURCE_DIR}/examples/run-example.cmake ${WT_BINARY_DIR}/${EXAMPLENAME} @ONLY)

(and the equivalent for Windows)

Patch attached.
