There's no IDE that's specifically good for Wt, so any good C++ IDE is a good Wt IDE.

Many of us at Emweb like to use Qt Creator. CLion is nice as well, but not free. Back in the day I liked to use KDevelop, but I have no idea how it holds up nowadays. We've got some vim and emacs users as well, but those have a learning curve attached to them, of course.
