Description

With latest 3.1.9 git WFileUpload widget hangs the server when a second file is selected after running upload() i.e. hitting the "Send" button connected to upload(). First upload() works fine.

Running this with MinGW (Windows) with both Chrome and IE.

Sample Code attached, creating WFileUpload in Application initialisation function, works in 3.1.8.
