Using bootstrap 5

I would like to use BootStrap 5
I looked in example how to configure it.
But NavBar is not working properly, only showing text not background and no scrollbar on long pages.
If I added: app->useStyleSheet("resources/themes/bootstrap/3/bootstrap-theme.min.css");
It's better but I know it's not the right thing to do.
So, my question, how to add some theme or initialize BootStrap 5 properly?
