hi koen!

here is a small testcase that crashes the server. (and reveals another bug?)

if you put a line edit in a dialog and give it the focus:

1) you can press escape to close the dialog, although you don't called 'rejectWhenEscapePressed'.

2) after 3x rejecting the dia with esc, closing the application crashes the server. just follow the test case.

Hey Max,

Thanks again for the test case. It's hopefully one of the last fixes that make into 3.3.0.

On both accounts your observation was right, and this has been resolved (but I still need to push this to git).
