Description

I've attached a picture with a WTableView which has height larger than its total rows height. As you can see, the last element does not have a bottom border.

I think tables in Wt should be like ones in Qt and have bottom elements borders in such situations.

I use Wt 3.3.1 with WBootstrapTheme set on.
