CRUD

Hi
I need to create an application that displays and manages data from a Postgres database. Some views will be dynamic based on live database updates, but other tables just need to be displayed with basic CRUD functionality. Is there an easy (off-the-shelve) way of diplaying a postgres table on a web page with CRUD functionality, without having to handcode everything?
Any advice would be much appreciated, Peter
