Hi all,

I was wondering if it's possible to check if the lineEdit of the WFileUpload is empty or not. Any idea ?

Hey,

I think not. The element is obsessively protected in the DOM to prevent that one can secretly upload a file from a user's computer in a form.

Also, the 'line edit' is not standardized and some OS'es (MacOSX) do not even show one.
