plz plz i have choosen witty for web deveelopment but how to start learning it..?? Dont know that,,,means are there any video lectures available or books for the witty..??

Hey,
The basic concepts are well illustrated in the tutorial: http://www.webtoolkit.eu/wt/doc/tutorial/wt.html
Beyond that, there are many aspects (model/view, etc... that are somewhat illustrated in the widget gallery (http://www.webtoolkit.eu/widgets) with code examples.
Obviously, a book would be useful, or at least some guides that discuss bigger topics but so far we have been focussing on the library itself.
