The modal dialog appears to go away when dragging the dialog to the far bottom in Chrome and IE 8. As a result, the background remains non-clickable, and there is no obvious way to bring the dialog back.

Here are the steps to reproduce this issue:

1. Run DialogExample in IE or Chrome.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and then click the "One liner" button to bring up a dialog.
3. Drag the dialog to the far bottom until it disappears.
4. Observe that there is no obvious way to bring the dialog back.

In Firefox, the top edge of the title of the dialog box does not go beyond the window.
