See bug #1389

Scenario:

  • WMessageBox::show() is active on all sessions; all threads in recursive event loop
  • all sessions are terminated by closing the browser
  • wait for timeout period
  • wt does never accept new connections anymore

This should be easy to fix since all connectors now use the thread pool in WIOService ?
