WNavigationBar and WMenu

Hi
I have a navigation bar and a menu with drop-down items. However, at start-up it always appears with just a title and a small icon. I have to click on the icon to get the menu displayed. This happens whatever CSS I use, and with the bootstrap CSS themes.
How do I get the navigation bar to display the menu by default?
I have attached images of the startup window and window when I click on the little grey box!

some example code would help.
have you created your menu as a Wt::WPopupMenu() by accident?

Hey,
The navigation bar only works with the bootstrap theme. Have you loaded this theme and deployed the resources folder?
Some code that shows what you're doing would be helpful as well.
