Description

Without javascript, WTabWidget tabs without explicit links are not responsive. An example, based on Wt's examples/widgetgallery/examples/Tab.cpp is attached. At present, the issue can also be demonstrated using the tab example at http://www.webtoolkit.eu/widgets/navigation/tab-widget (with javascript disabled).

If it's helpful, a pull request for a fix that appeared to work (with limited testing) can be found at: https://github.com/kdeforche/wt/pull/24
