Description

The WTableView does not seem to be styled correctly using the Bootstrap3 theme when Javascript is not available. This can be observed in the widgetgallery example using github version 3.3.2-rc1-24-gb6a1a4e. Currently, this issue is also visible on: http://www.webtoolkit.eu/widgets/trees-tables/mvc-table-views.

As a note, the WTreeView seems to work well without JS using the Bootstrap3 theme. Also, the WTableView appears to be styled correctly without JS if the default theme is used.

The browser used for testing was chromium 32.0.1700.123 Debian 7.4 (248368), under Debian Wheezy.

Hey Bruce,

The CSS for WTableView in bootstrap themes without JavaScript is indeed not up-to-date.

Regards,

Also the WTreeView wasn't going entirely well.
