3.3.5 and 3.3.6 installers on Github don't contain API reference and examples documentation.

3.3.7 installer (msvs213_64.exe) doesn't contain Wt documentation neither.

I just patched Wt and the script that makes the installer to properly include the documentation, so this will be fixed by the next release of Wt.
